Most of our products have a flexible fit due to highly adjustable straps. Don't hesitate to contact us if you are uncertain about our sizing.
REFUNDS
Within Hong Kong and China
- Within 14 days of receipt of your order - Contact us to inform us at cs@valentinlingerie.com that you wish to return/exchange and to confirm the return address.
- Pack order in original packaging and state your order number on your package.
- Within 14 days - Send to us via post (please ensure all postage has been paid for).
To be eligible for return, merchandise must show no signs of wear and must be accompanied with all original tags. *Please note: briefs and bodysuits are not refundable for hygiene reasons. Valentin Lingerie reserves the right of final decision.
INTERNATIONAL (outside Hong Kong) - Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or refund outside Hong Kong and China.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please email us within 14 days of your order at cs@valentinlingerie.com for arrangements. If you wish to exchange for a different style, please initiate a return for your original item and put in a new order instead.
